A devastating fire consumed a mobile home in the San Fernando Valley’s Lake View Terrace neighborhood on Friday morning, leading to the tragic deaths of two dogs and possibly ten cats. The Los Angeles Fire Department responded promptly to the scene on the 12000 block of West Foothill Boulevard after reports of a significant blaze around 8:30 a.m.
