  2. Sagaponack, NY (11962): $5.9 million
  3. Water Mill, NY (11976): $5.8 million
  4. Miami Beach, FL (33109): $5.7 million
  5. Santa Barbara, CA (93108): $5 million
  6. Newport Beach, CA (92661): $4.76 million

Rising Real Estate Prices Nationwide

In 2024, 67% of the top 100 most expensive ZIP codes saw an increase in median sales prices. California’s real estate remains among the nation’s priciest, with significant appreciation in key luxury areas across Los Angeles and Orange County.

High-End Markets in Los Angeles

In Los Angeles County, the Pacific Palisades area (ZIP code 90272) tops the list, with a median price of $3.15 million, followed by Bel Air and Brentwood. These findings highlight the resilience and exclusivity of California’s luxury property market.
