A 17-year-old male suspect has been arrested in connection with a stabbing attack in Adelanto, San Bernardino County. The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the incident as an attempted murder case.
Incident Overview and Law Response
On October 7, deputies from the Victor Valley Station responded to a report of a stabbing victim admitted to Victor Valley Global Medical Center. The attack allegedly occurred near Seneca Road and Bellflower Street in Adelanto around 3:15 p.m. that day.
Upon arriving at the crime scene, deputies spotted and pulled over the suspect’s vehicle. Evidence linking the teen to the assault was reportedly found inside the car. The 17-year-old suspect was subsequently arrested for attempted murder and booked at the High Desert Juvenile Detention and Assessment Center.
Authorities have not released information about the victim’s condition or any potential relationship with the suspect. The motive behind the attack remains unclear as the investigation continues.
