A suspect has been apprehended in connection with the fatal shooting of a 51-year-old man at the Victorville Galleria Mall earlier this month. According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, Harold Philips Jr., 34, was arrested on an arrest warrant for murder in Santa Clara on October 22.

Philips Jr. is accused of shooting and killing Guy Taylor after a fight at the mall on October 6. Taylor died at the scene, and Philips Jr. was subsequently tracked down and arrested in the Bay Area. He has been booked into the West Valley Detention Center, where he remains in custody without bail.
