LOS ANGELES, CA – Authorities are searching for two suspects connected to a violent robbery at a massage parlor in Santa Ana, where an employee was assaulted and $1,500 in cash was stolen.
Surveillance footage captured the incident, which began when one of the suspects attempted to enter the back office area of the business. When confronted by an employee holding a large amount of cash, the suspect struck her with his cell phone. As the victim fell to the ground, he continued to punch her while demanding the money.
A second suspect entered the parlor mid-assault, aiding in the robbery before the pair fled the scene in a dark-colored 2012 BMW 3 Series sedan. The car, bearing California license plate 6VRB731, was seen speeding away.
The first suspect is described as a Black man in his mid-20s, approximately 6 feet tall with a thin build. He was wearing a green Adidas hooded sweatshirt at the time of the robbery. The second suspect is also described as a Black man in his 20s, but no further details about his appearance were provided.
Authorities have withheld the name of the targeted massage parlor to protect the safety of the victims. However, security cameras captured clear images of the first suspect’s face and the getaway vehicle, aiding the ongoing investigation.
Police are urging anyone with information about the robbery to contact Detective A. Gomez at 714-245-8351 or by email at [email protected].
